Arizona Cardinals: 5 quarterbacks team could draft
By Scott Allen
Mason Rudolph
Rudolph is another quarterback that seems to be getting better as the season has progressed. After Saturday’s come from behind victory at Iowa State, the Oklahoma State signal caller has 3,690-yards passing.
While approaching the 3,700-yard mark, Rudolph has thrown 30 touchdowns and seven interceptions. After being down seven on Saturday in Ames, Iowa in the fourth quarter, Rudolph lead the Cowboys to a seven-point win, a 14-point turnaround on the road.
He was calm and collected. He went 25-31 for 376-yards and three touchdowns. The Cardinals know a little something about comebacks over the last 20 years.
He has great size at 6’5. His completion percentage is at 64.8, the best of his college career. it has gotten slightly better year over year.
Rudolph very well may also be gone by the time Arizona makes their first-round selection, even if that pick is in the top 10. A guy that is dangerous and still has room to improve, hasn’t peaked, is a guy that would fit as the Cardinals future at quarterback.
