The Bad

Blaine Gabbert

Sorry Gabbert fans, he was pretty bad on Sunday.  Now, not all five sacks registed on him Sunday were his fault but when he gets hit, his fumble issues appeared quickly.

He fumbled the ball on the first offensive drive.  He went just 16-41 for 189-yards on Sunday.  He looked bad on some of his misses.

No pass was worse than the interception he threw while driving late in the first half to try and take the lead.  No idea what he was looking at.

Offensive line

About those five sacks.  Yeah, the offensive line, going with new starters again this week thanks to injury, was bad once again.  Including Sunday’s five sacks, the offensive line has now given up 19 sacks over the last three games.

Granted again, injuries hurt but these guys are paid to protect the quarterback.  They did help find some running holes but if you can’t pass protect you give an average quarterback a really bad day.
