With Bruce Arians retiring, these five coaches should get consideration from the Arizona Cardinals for the head coaching vacancy

Even with all the rumors speculating over the possible retirement of now former Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians, there was still hope.  Arians though made his final decision on Sunday after they beat the Seattle Seahawks.

It was a contingency the Cardinals had planned for even though team president Michael Bidwill said on Monday that he and the team did not get an official answer until Sunday.  Still, a smart organization plans.

So now the Cardinals move on and will do a thorough but quick search for a replacement.  There are already many other teams looking for coaches as well.

Bidwill did say they plan on honoring contracts of assistant coaches.  With BA leaving though, who will stay and who will go?

Do the Cardinals stay in-house or do they hire a guy from the outside.  There has been speculation from both ends of that leash.

These are five potential guys that could take over the head coaching job of the Arizona Cardinals for 2018 and beyond.  Don’t expect a hire tomorrow but do expect one within the next couple of weeks at most.
