As the NFL Draft nears closer, it would still seem the Arizona Cardinals have a good shot to land a quarterback in the first round

As I’ve been saying forever now, it’s all a guessing game.  That being said, the best guess by many right now is the Arizona Cardinals are still in play for a quarterback in the first round of the NFL Draft.

Who that quarterback may be, that is a huge guess right now.  Some people believe the top three quarterbacks could go in the first five picks.

That scenario does seem likely.  The Cardinals find themselves sitting at number 15.  Do they end up trading to move higher in the draft?  That scenario seems unlikely.

The question wouldn’t be if the Cardinals desire to move up.  That much is very likely.  However given what they have available to part with in trade, well, it’s a good bet that the Cardinals will be staying put at 15.

They’ve been linked to defensive backs, receivers, and of course quarterbacks.  No one knows for sure.  The Cardinals don’t even know for sure.

However if they do go quarterback in the first round, these five guys are the most likely to land in Arizona.  No matter who it is though, that guy will be able to sit and learn for a least a year or two.
