Calvin Ridley, Alabama

A little smaller than the rest of the choices here, still a quick receiver from Alabama.  The problem?  Another possible late first rounder that could be gone before the Cardinals pick in the second round.

Still, with how crazy the draft goes sometimes, you never know.  The Cardinals hopefully have this guy higher up on their big board.

Certainly there is no lack of experience or production at receiver.  Ridley played three full seasons at Alabama.  He had a whopping 224 catches over those three seasons.

Those 224 catches resulted in 2,781-yards and 19 touchdowns.  He basically was the passing game for the Crimson Tide.

Those numbers may actually get someone to reach for him earlier than the late picks of the first round.  A lot will depend on how things lay out.

The Cardinals pick 47th overall in the second round, so should be swiped up by then.  The Cardinals could conceivably trade up too for not only Ridley, but any receiver they might like that is still available in the second round.
