The Arizona Cardinals are down to their last preseason game but these three may be down to their last game with the team period

Until the final 53-man roster is announced for the Arizona Cardinals, never say never.  We won’t know for certain until after 1:00 p.m. Saturday who is staying and who is going.

After the 27-3 victory over the Dallas Cowboys, a number of decisions are still up in the air.  However these three players did themselves no favors on Sunday evening.

Now poor performances in the preseason don’t dictate necessarily one’s demise just because of their position on the team.  Quarterback Sam Bradford hasn’t had any kind of preseason to write home about but the Cardinals are clearly making him one of their 53.

So with the defense playing well but inconsistent special teams and offense may lead to decisions that are easier than once thought.  No one played horrible overall on Sunday but then again, some guys fates were already likely decided.

Guys like cornerback Brandon Williams, who hasn’t been good this preseason, didn’t even play on Sunday night.  The writing is on the wall there.

These three players though will have to do something spectacular to make the regular season roster.  Steve Wilks may already have a good idea of where these three fall though.
