The Arizona Cardinals injury report on Thursday was lengthy once again

Another week, another long injury list for the Arizona Cardinals.  On Thursday, the Cardinals had a total of 13 players on their injury report.

Of those 13 players, four of them participated fully in practice.  They included receiver Chad Williams, safety Rudy Ford, linebacker Dennis Gardeck, and offensive lineman Korey Cunningham.

There were a number of players limited on Thursday.  They included receiver Larry Fitzgerald.  Fitz has been struggling with a hamstring injury since the game at the Los Angeles Rams in week two.

The big question has been how will Fitz fit in with new starting quarterback Josh Rosen?  After not practicing on Wednesday, at least he was just limited Thursday.  He likely plays on Sunday.

Defensive tackle Benson Mayowa, defensive tackle Olsen Pierre, defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche, quarterback Sam Bradford, tight end Jermaine Gresham, and defensive end Markus Golden were all limited.

Gresham and Golden will likely continue to practice lightly until they get back to 100 percent.  Both played last Sunday against the Chicago Bears for the first time this season.

For the Seattle Seahawks, they had a number of players on the injury report Thursday as well.  They included receiver Doug Baldwin, who was listed as limited, which is better than his previous status of out.

Defensive end Dion Jordan and running back C.J Prosise did not practice.  Running back Chris Carson and guard D.J. Fluker were both limited.

We’ve reached week four so it is no surprise a number of players are scraped up.  Some others are returning from injury slowly so extra care is being taken.

We won’t know until Friday afternoon who will be officially out on Sunday.  Some could be a gametime decision on Sunday afternoon.

Next. Poor coaching taking toll on Cardinals. dark

It would be nice to see Fitz and Gresham out on the field for Rosen’s first career start.  Rosen found Gresham for a nice gain in the fourth quarter against the Bears last Sunday.
