Christian Kirk

Slowly but progressively we are seeing a change in the guard at receiver in Arizona.  With the emergence of Christian Kirk we are also seeing the diminished production of future hall of fame receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

On Sunday, Kirk was the number one option for quarterback Josh Rosen.  Even though it means less Fitz, it does bode well for the future.  These guys are going to be a great connection for years to come.

Kirk was the leading receiver for the Cardinals on Sunday.  He caught six passes for 77-yards.  He had a nice catch early on in stride that put the team in scoring position.

The six catches on Sunday give Kirk 25 total on the season for 311-yards and one touchdown.  That’s just average of over four receptions per game but he has seemed to pick up the production over the last couple of weeks.

The key will be consistency as we always say.  He seems to be getting more and more involved in the offense each week though.
