Larry Fitzgerald

You want to talk about quiet?  Then Larry Fitzgerald’s name has been next to the word in the Cardinals dictionary this season.

Fitz has just 26 receptions for 255 yards this season.  He just caught his first touchdown of the season last week against the Denver Broncos.

The thing is, it just seems quarterback Josh Rosen hasn’t been looking for him.  His best game was in week one against the Washington Redskins when he caught seven passes for 76-yards.

Fitz also had his longest reception of the season that week as well.  However since then he’s been averaging just three catches per game.  Sure he’s been slowed a bit by injury to his back and hamstring, but he has been active and playing every week.

Leftwich has specifically mentioned Fitz becoming more involved in the offense.  The only worry here is that they try to go to the well too often, often enough opponents know what is coming.
