The Arizona Cardinals head east for just their second Sunday early window game of the season to face the Kansas City Chiefs

It doesn’t matter who you ask, really very few people are giving the Arizona Cardinals any chance to beat the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.  Even the die-hards will tell you this one may not be pretty.

Then again, that’s why they play the games, right?  Nothing is guaranteed.  Maybe, just maybe, the Chiefs will come in thinking they have this one in the bag.

I wouldn’t count on it though.  At least from an offensive standpoint lead by Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, running back Kareem Hunt, and receiver Tyreek Hill, it could be a slaughter on Sunday.

Let’s not completely count out the Cardinals defense here though.  Chandler Jones, along with Markus Golden, going up against the Kansas City offensive line could be a fun matchup to watch.

The Cardinals come in rested for this one.  If there was one game I would pick them to have a week off prior, this would have been the one chosen hands down.

The rest however still likely won’t be a factor in the end.  The Chiefs played the Cleveland Browns last Sunday but they still have the upper hand here.  It may be a factor early on, but players on both teams will be ready to play come game time.

It will also be a hostile environment for the Cardinals.  The crowd is loud and proud at Arrowhead.  Yes it gets loud at State Farm Stadium but this one is on the road with a young team looking to continue a win streak.
