The Arizona Cardinals (2-7) will face a team in the Oakland Raiders (1-8) that had high expectations entering the 2018 season

The Arizona Cardinals can make it a clean sweep of the bay-area teams this season with a victory over the Oakland Raiders on Sunday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale.  Easier said than done.

After sweeping the two games against NFC West rival San Francisco 49ers, they now take on the AFC West Raiders from across the bay at home.  Despite the records, Oakland will not be as easy as some are predicting.

The game will be at 2:05 p.m. Arizona time on CBS-5 in Phoenix (Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta).  Or if that doesn’t float your boat, you can listen on Arizona Sports 98.7 (Dave Pasch, Ron Wolfley).

How many will watch the game though?  When the schedule came out it did look like it could be a mid-season treasure to work on playoff positioning for each team.  Now each team is trying to figure out how to finish out the season.

Many are figuring on the Cardinals coming away with the victory but nothing comes easy for this team.  They have had many injuries, some coaching changes, and personnel changes on the field.

The Raiders have had their share of changes as well.  New coach and traded their top pass rusher before the season began and their top receiver a couple of weeks ago.
