C.J. Uzomah

With the Cincinnati Bengals last season he had to step up in the absence of Eifert.  He had 43 receptions for 439-yards and three touchdowns.

He could be a much cheaper option in free agency than Eifert as well.  The production last season though won’t likely be ignored by many, including his own current team.

The Bengals would be smart to try to lock him in with the every year uncertain status of Eifert.  However, Uzomah may also find a bigger payday elsewhere given Eifert is out there as well.

The Cardinals haven’t had production like Uzomah’s in awhile.  Again, this is a guy that likely would rather want to go to a contender but if the money is right, then a lot of players will play with anyone.

Just how much the Cardinals are willing to spend remains to be seen.  If they go after Uzomah though, they will probably end up overpaying and we should be good with that in this case.
