After the first wave of free agency, the talent pool could look deflated, but there are some enticing options still available on the market for the Arizona Cardinals to sign.

The Arizona Cardinals should target a few of them. Steve Keim has been keen on targeting under-the-radar veteran options in free agency that all could be starts for the Arizona Cardinals. High upside pickups like Kevin White, J.R. Sweezy, Robert Alford, and Brooks Reed all have the potential to start in 2019, but there are a few more available options.

In the past few years, Keim has been willing to take a shot at recently cut players. In the 2019 off-season alone, Keim has signed three of them, including Charles Clay, Robert Alford, and Brooks Reed. With that being said, there a few of those recently cut veterans with starting upside on this list. There are also a few players that have excelled in limited roles on other teams.

Now, onto the list.
