Andy Isabella, WR, Massachusetts

One of the more exciting prospects on this list is (and in the draft) is undersized wide-out Andy Isabella. The speedster out of UMASS stands at 5-8 and 188-pounds will be a threat to defenses out of the gate. With an elite Pro Football Focus grade of 93.2, he ranks first among receivers in yards per route run at 4.15. He also ranks second with deep pass yards at 705.

Isabella’s 40-yard-dash time clocked him in at 4.31 which puts him four highest overall in the combine. With a total of 3,520 yards and 30 touchdowns over his career, Isabella has proven his size doesn’t limit him from being effective. His yards per catch over his career is an impressive 15.3, while he has racked up 1,489 yards after the catch. The Cardinals should look at this remarkable prospect and add much-needed youth and speed to the wide receiving core.

I can see Isabella starting instantly in the NFL as a quick slot receiver. While his game is limited to more horizontal routes, he should be effective in the NFL in that area and will surely be a threat after the catch. I have a third round grade on him.
