The Arizona Cardinals have gotten high grades for some of their pickups but there were some things that could have been done differently

With so many needs this offseason, it can be difficult for a team like the Arizona Cardinals to hit every need in free agency only.  For many of the players they picked up, for the most part, they were decent additions.

There were some things however they could have done better.  They did take care of cornerback, and addressed positions such as tight end, receiver, offensive line, and linebacker.

They even addressed backup quarterback.  It’s hard to say if parting ways with Mike Glennon and added Brett Hundley was the right thing to do, but time will tell on that.  It is hard to gauge that one at the moment.

The Cardinals have signed 13 free agents, also added an offensive lineman via trade, and likely aren’t done yet.  At the point they may wait until the draft to address additional needs with the start of the offseason program on Monday.

The team has been known to pick up some pretty good players the closer to camp it gets.  So this isn’t a final judgement but it is one we give for what has been done up to this point.  So what did the Cardinals do wrong in free agency so far?
