Arizona Cardinals mock draft season is upon us.

In preparation for the 2019 NFL Draft, I looked through 50 popular full mock drafts to see who draft experts would take with the Arizona Cardinals’  No. 1 overall pick. Although most featured the same player, not all were the same, so each selection is ordered based off of commonality; Kyler Murray, Quinnen Williams, and Nick Bosa

For each player, there is a percentage signifying how often they are mocked to the spot. All mocks are also the most recent by their respective writers. First, with Kyler Murray, who was by far the most often selected player out of all 50 mock drafts.

Notes: Wow. I thought Murray would be the winner but I didn’t think I’d see this many mock drafts with Kyler Murray being the top pick. 40 out of the 50 I read had the Oklahoma quarterback going No. 1 overall. Although I may be on the “Kyler Murray to the Arizona Cardinals is a smokescreen” boat, it’s hard to argue with those results. Maybe there really is fire where there’s smoke.
