Notes: Interestingly enough, star pass-rusher Nick Bosa found himself mocked to the Arizona Cardinals at No. 1 overall just three times. Once considered to be the sure-fire top pick no matter the team, most mock drafters have fallen for Murray Mania. But, don’t count Bosa out to be the top pick. Despite signing Reed and Suggs, the Cardinals could still use some pass-rushing star-power alongside Chandler Jones, which Bosa would provide and then some.

Next. Arizona Cardinals brass continue to wear poker face, this time at a pre-draft press conference. dark

Currently, I have Bosa as my selection for two reasons. One, he’s a transcendent talent that has the potential to be the NFL’s next J.J. Watt off the edge. Two, do the Cards really want him to slip to the 49ers?

I think not.
