In the 2019 off-season, the Arizona Cardinals added multiple players that are primed to be NFL stars.

A coaching overhaul, 11 draft picks, two trades, and 15 veteran free agent signings later, and we have an Arizona Cardinals squad filled with new faces across the board. In a vital off-season coming off a 3-13 season, the Cardinals had to add star players to the team.

The future stars of the Cardinals will be joining a grouping that ranks amongst the NFL’s brightest. Veterans Larry Fitzgerald, Patrick Peterson, Chandler Jones, and David Johnson have been consistent bright spots for the team. But, as last year’s dismal season indicates, the team could use much more talent and star power alike.

Luckily, the team has appeared to do just that. Though every free agent signing and draft pick won’t hit, many expect the Cardinals to be a much-improved team next season. In a tough NFC West that has playoff contenders in each of the three Cardinals’ rivals, hopefully, that statement becomes true.

Our own Scott Allen broke down five acquisitions that could be busts, he mentioned role players including Tramaine Brock and Brooks Reed among others, but now it’s time to switch the narrative. In return of his five busts, here are five players with the star potential to right the Cardinals’ ship. If not, Steve Keim should start packing.
