The free agency market has dried up, but there are still some solid talents available for the Arizona Cardinals picking.

The Arizona Cardinals were one of the most active teams during the free-agency frenzy. The team bolstered both signs of the ball, but their best signings came on the defensive side. Jordan Hicks, Terrell Suggs, Brooks Reed, Darius Philon, and Robert Alford were all signed by the team and figure to produce from the get-go.

But, the Cardinals roster build isn’t entirely done on both sides of the ball. After focusing heavily on drafting the best player available in the draft, the Redbirds could still stand to add more talent in the trenches. Luckily, there are some solid big-men free agents available for the team to sign.

It’s worth mentioning that defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh isn’t on this list. Although he’s a difference maker, the likelihood of the Cardinals signing him is slim. Suh is likely holding out to get the most money possible or join a Super Bowl contender; the Cardinals can’t offer either.

After signing their draft class, the Cardinals have just $6.5 million in available cap space, per Over The Cap. That number ranks 28th in the league, but it doesn’t mean they can’t sign any of these free agents. The players currently available, other than Suh, probably aren’t looking for a high priced contract.

Although none of these five players are stars, each has done well in reasonably large roles in the past. If the Cardinals could sign either of these, it would be viewed at as a win.
