Hakeem Butler
If somehow Johnson doesn’t end up near the top by the time the first regular season depth chart comes out in September, this guy could likely be the reason for that. Butler has also not disappointed since camp started.
Drafted in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Cardinals, Butler can go up with the best of them and grab seemingly uncatchable balls. That was what we saw in college and now we are seeing it in camp.
He has already made several catches that have been described as Larry Fitzgerald-esque. He made one catch in practice this past Sunday falling backwards over the defender for a touchdown. He grabbed the ball with one hand in the process.
With the emergence of Johnson, and with Fitz, Christian Kirk, and second round pick Andy Isabella to contend with in camp, he could find himself fourth or fifth on the depth chart. He could have a great camp and still find himself behind those guys, that’s how deep this group could end up being.
