Week 17: December 29 at Los Angeles Rams

The Cardinals make their third trip back to visit Los Angeles since the Rams moved back from St. Louis.  The Cardinals won the finale in 2016 but nothing has gone right for the Cardinals against the Rams since.

Like the game four weeks earlier, the Cardinals will play the Rams tough, but it was only four weeks.  Not much will change in the end result.

The Cardinals will have the opportunity to finish above .500 but the loss on this Sunday will leave them right at .500, which is still miles from where they finished after the 2018 season.

You’ll know improvement has been made just by seeing the Cardinals cross the 50-yard line and actually scoring in this one, much unlike their contest in Los Angeles last September.

The Rams will still be too much on their way to the NFC West title and a real possibility of getting back to the Super Bowl. Although the Cardinals will go into the offseason with a loss, overall they should feel good with what they accomplished this season.
