Kansas City Chiefs receiver Sammy Watkins might still be running around avoiding Jacksonville Jaguars defenders.  He caught 9 passes for 198-yards and 2 very long touchdowns.

Newly acquired running back LeSean McCoy carreid the ball 10 times for 81-yards.  Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes went 25-33 for 378-yards and 3 touchdowns.

The Chiefs defense still gave up a lot of yards but they proved yet again their offense is so good, what the defense does matters to a point but in the end is good enough to beat most teams.  They will have to shore that up however against teams like the Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots.

The Chiefs face those Ravens in week 3 but first in week 2 they have an AFC West matchup against the Oakland Raiders in Oakland.  The Chiefs will be on upset watch.  Winner of that one goes to 2-0.  The Chiefs had better not be looking ahead to week 3.
