Arizona Cardinals Larry Fitzgerald has found the fountain of youth

Arizona Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald has silenced all doubters of him playing into his mid-30s and has looked like a number one option
Arizona Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald is a legend in Arizona and many people felt like he was coming to the end of his career with a shaky 2018-19 season. Fitz has brought production and a lot of veteran experience to a team that hasn’t gotten of to the start they wanted.
Starting the season 0-2-1 is not the team with the worst record last year wants to start the new year. Although the offense is looking much more productive with Murray throwing the ball and Kingsbury calling plays. Fitzgerald is a great plug receiver which has helped quarterback Kyler Murray gain more confidence.
The production is still there for the 36 years old wideout for he was already on the pace of passing the receiving yards he had last year of 734 yards. Also catching two touchdown passes this year showing he can still be a threat in the red zone for his young quarterback.
Also with a team that is playing a lot of young receivers like Christian Kirk and Damiere Byrd he can give guidance to those young prospects. Fitz and Kirk have complimented themselves well this year.
In this league, every quarterback has a safety net. A lot of times it can be a check down to running back or a tight end. With an offensive that likes to try to get vertical and under-utilizes the tight end position, Fitzgerald has seemed like a safety net to the first overall pick.
Although Fitzgerald is looking in good form, the team overall has had some early struggles, but some flashes as well. Hopefully, Fitzgerald’s presence and production can help the Cardinals get their first win this week against the Seahawks.
