The Arizona Cardinals and Cincinnati Bengals have named their inactive players for Sunday’s game in Cincinnati

We already knew about Arizona Cardinals offensive tackle Jordan Mills being out.  On Saturday he was placed on injured reserve and is going to miss the rest of the season.  They just can’t buy a break on the offensive line.

As for the seven inactive players on Sunday for the Cardinals?  Well, first of all they will be without receiver Christian Kirk.  He injured his ankle late in last Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.

However it might only be Sunday’s game he misses.  It will be week by week right now.  It could have been worse.  There was fear his injury was worse than a sprain and would be lost for a much longer time, maybe even the season.

Also, the team will be without defensive end Zach Allen, linebacker Dennis Gardeck, safety Charles Washington, linebacker Zeke Turner, offensive lineman Brett Toth, and receiver Damiere Byrd.  This will be Byrd’s second straight week being out.

The Cincinnati Bengals are just as banged up.  They are without receivers A.J. Green and John Ross, although Ross is now in injured reserve.  Green is inactive on Sunday.

Also inactive for the Bengals are offensive tackle Cordy Glenn, defensive end Kerry Wynn, cornerback Greg Mabin, halfback Trayveon Williams, quarterback Jake Dolegala, and defensive tackle Renell Wren.  Glenn and Wynn are also huge losses for the Bengals on Sunday.

The losses for both teams will be felt for both teams at receiver and the offensive line.  We’ll see which one can survive their losses better on Sunday in Cincinnati.

Notable here is the Cardinals have both of their punters active.  Andy Lee, who missed last week’s game with a hip flexor and was questionable all week, is active.  However also active is punter Ryan Winslow, the man who replaced him last week.
