The Arizona Cardinals now go a month without a home game

They played 5 games at home in the months of September and October.  The Arizona Cardinals have also played 4 games on the road.

With 9 games under their belt they are 3-5-1.  Maybe a chance to be a couple of games better.  If things bounce differently against the Baltimore Ravens or the San Francisco 49ers and arguably the tie game against the Detroit Lions, they could be sitting at 6-3.

Maybe next year’s team playing this schedule would be 6-3? This team is still learning the system, they are young for the most part.

November only brings 2 games to their schedule.  They got to play on Halloween, so they sit on this Sunday having week 9 in the books.

Next Sunday they head east, again, to play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  That might their best chance for a road victory the rest of the season.

On November 17th they are at the 49ers for the return engagement.  At least they will be out of the way for the rest of the season.

They finally get their bye in week 12 on November 24th.  That ends the November part of the schedule.

December gives us 5 games.  On December 1st, they start a stretch of 3 consecutive home games.  They play the Los Angeles Rams, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cleveland Browns at home.

They are all winnable but will all present different challenges.  The Rams right now appear to be the most difficult of that stretch.  At one point the Steelers and Browns back to back looked daunting but given their own situations at the moment, not so much at this point.

Then the Cardinals will end the season with a couple of road games starting December 22nd at the Seattle Seahawks and then end the season at the Los Angeles Rams on December 29th. The Cardinals will be lucky to get out of that with a split, but you never know.

Next. Kingsbury's decisions hurting Cardinals. dark

The point is, the schedule is rough but some winnable games in there.  Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is improving week by week.  This is all work for 2020 and beyond.
