Chandler Jones

He continues to excel.  He had another 4 sacks on Sunday.  It tied his single-game high this year.  Overall, he was credited with 6 quarterback hits on Russell Wilson on Sunday.

The 4 sacks now gives Jones 19 with still one more game to play.  The 19 also bests his 17 he had in 2017, when he ended up leading the NFL in sacks.

Jones continues to show the Cardinals they made the right decision in keeping him over Calais Campbell.  Campbell was very good in Arizona and was sad when he left.  However Jones has not made Arizona regret moving on from CC.

Jones leads the NFL once again in sacks.  The next closest is Tampa Bay’s Shaquil Barrett who has 16.5.  It should put Jones in serious consideration for Defensive Player of the Year.  Unfortunately the Cardinals have a losing record, so all we can do is hope that doesn’t come into play when the voting occurs.
