The Arizona Cardinals, who open the 2020 NFL season on Sunday, are coming off a 5-10-1 season in 2019

The Arizona Cardinals are back.  It’s the second year for quarterback Kyler Murray and head coach Kliff Kingsbury.  They are aguably still in the NFL’s toughest division in the NFC West.

Being in the COVID-19 era we just don’t know what to expect with no offseason camps or OTA’s, a shortened training camp, and no preseason games.  The good thing is no other team has an advantge because of that.

The Cardinals are scheduled to open the season on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.  Hopefully they are able to get the game played with the poor air quality in California due to the wildfires.

For now, it appears the game gets played.  This week we’ve seen all kinds of predictions.  Some believe in the Cardinals.  Some believe its the same old Cardinals.  Some, like Fox Sports Radio talk show host Colin Cowherd, believe they will actually be worse thn they were in 2019.
