The Arizona Cardinals enter a week seven tilt against the undefeated Seattle Seahawks with a 4-2 record.
Well within striking distance of closing the gap in their quest to capture the NFC West as the season nears its midway point. Everyone in the NFL universe knows that the Seahawks are the toughest test yet for the Arizona Cardinals with quarterback Russell Wilson cooking like never before in his nine-year career.
Fortunately, the Cardinals stack up well against the Seahawks even if many believe this to be a win for Seattle, Russell Wilson’s ability to pull off improbable wins as he’s done over the past two seasons. In the eyes of many, the Cardinals are still a team in transition. And while this is the case, if the Cardinals play to their strengths, expect a potential upset over one of the league’s most established franchises.
And we can’t forget how vulnerable the Seahawks are. Wins are wins and 5-0 is remarkable. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. This team can easily be 3-2 or even 2-3 at this point. Having pulled out an amazing win against the Minnesota Vikings while they barely escaped with the W against the New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys.
The only team Seattle exerted its dominance against were the Atlanta Falcons in week one. That said, they too face their toughest test in 2020 against the Cardinals.
