As we head into the most important game of the season for the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams, we wanted to know more about how the opposition thinks of the situation and who will win.

The Arizona Cardinals have never beaten Sean McVay since he became head coach of the Rams in January of 2017. There wouldn’t be a better time to get the first win than this week with a wild card spot on the line. Included in the gravity of this situation is that potentially both starting quarterbacks may not play, a star WR on the COVID-19 list, and other injuries that make forecasting this game that much harder.

Arizona comes into this game after falling flat on their faces to the San Francisco 49ers, and the Rams are coming off back-to-back losses to the New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks. In a battle of some of the most popular offense-first head coaches in the league, their brains and schemes will be put to the test.

John Vogel from Ramblin’ Fan, our Rams affiliate here on FanSided was gracious enough to answer five questions for us here on Raising Zona about the game. It covers all aspects of the Rams’ season so far, the impact of the past, and including some predictions for the first game of the 2021 calendar year. Let’s get right into this NFC West battle for the wildcard!
