Arizona Cardinals once again part of the NFL’s toughest division

The Arizona Cardinals and their division rivals in the NFC West have all made eye-popping moves in free agency. And once again, they’re faced with playing in the NFL’s most dominant division.

2021 will mark the team’s 20th season in the division since the 2002 NFL Realignment. And as with 2020, it may be one of those seasons where we will have some nostalgia of the old NFC East days, as geographically unsound as it was to play in the division. But it is what it is, and the Cardinals are once again wheeling and dealing with the best of them to put their best product forward.

While the Cardinals have made noise and sent a message that they’re ready to win now, so have their rivals. The Seattle Seahawks have held onto Russell Wilson, despite being the subject of NFL trade rumors. The San Francisco 49ers pulled off a blockbuster deal on Friday for the third pick in the draft. And the Los Angeles Rams shipped Jared Goff to Detroit for Matthew Stafford.

Which moves were the most prolific? And where do the Cardinals stand? Keep reading to find out.
