Arizona Cardinals cut tracker for the final 2021 roster

Which players will the Arizona Cardinals be parting ways with to trim their 2021 roster down to 53 guys by Tuesday afternoon?
Thanks to Hurricane Ida, the Arizona Cardinals weren’t able to use their third and final preseason game to help in their decision-making process as they figure out which players will end up being a part of their final 53-man roster this year.
For the bubble players that were hoping to take advantage of their opportunities in the Cardinals‘ third preseason matchup this summer, they will now have to hope that they did enough in training camp and the team’s first two exhibition contests to deserve a spot on the final roster.
Arizona needs to trim their roster down to 53 players before 1 p.m. MST on Tuesday. So who will the Cardinals decide to move on from before Tuesday’s deadline?

Arizona kicked things off on Monday by releasing a total of 10 players.

The Cardinals are also reportedly letting go of three of their safeties, including Shawn Williams, who the team signed in free agency this past offseason.

Arizona also made some additional roster moves on Monday, including the placement of cornerback Darqueze Dennard on injured reserve.
