5 biggest takeaways from the Cardinals Week 2 win over the Vikings

Not that there was much doubt, but Kyler Murray is special
There were throws on Sunday that left some wondering, “Is there anyone else who can do that?”
Third-year quarterback Kyler Murray looks like he is blossoming into an exceptional, elite talent in the NFL. He finished Week 2 with 400 passing yards, three passing, and one rushing touchdown.
He found DeAndre Hopkins early in the end zone, but he spread out the remaining touchdowns to A.J. Green and, of course, a 77-yard bomb to Rondale Moore near the end of the second half that spelled a momentum shift in the game.
He had another spectacular throw, a Russell Wilson-esque moonball, in the fourth quarter to Christian Kirk for 35 yards that set up what would end up being the game-winning field goal.
On the other hand, Murray had two interceptions, one coming on the second play of the second half. Trying to complete to Rondale Moore, Murray threw directly to Vikings linebacker Nick Vigil who took the interception to the house for Murray’s first pick-six of the season.
As remarkable as Murray looks at times, and he is at the forefront of MVP discussions, he is still a young player with things to learn. That should be all the more exciting as it is hard to imagine a player of his caliber only continuing to improve.
