Which matchups out on the field favor the Arizona Cardinals when they square off against the Houston Texans in Week 7?

And while the Houston Texans are just 1-5 and playing a rookie quarterback drafted in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft and the Arizona Cardinals come into the game at 6-0, games like these have always haunted the Cardinals.

In 2020, it happened four times. First against the Detroit Lions, then the New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers, and San Francisco 49ers. And in 2021, they’ve had close calls against the 49ers, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Minnesota Vikings.

While the Cardinals have favorable matchups all over the field on Sunday, until they can beat an opponent as weak as the Texans the way they have against the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams, and Tennessee Titans this season, this is no lock of the week by any standard.

Today, we will talk about three favorable matchups Arizona must exploit and do so often if they hope to add another resounding win to their 2021 season. But as we have learned, they need to capitalize on such opportunities against inferior opponents.
