After another win in Week 7, the Arizona Cardinals only have a few days to prepare for a big matchup against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night.

Still without a loss this season, the Arizona Cardinals currently have the longest winning streak in the NFL at seven. On Thursday, the Cardinals will take on the Green Bay Packers, the team with the league’s second-longest winning streak (six).

Whose streak will come to an end when Arizona takes on the Packers in a Week 8 matchup that will likely have a big impact on the NFC playoff picture this year?

Arizona Cardinals vs. Green Bay Packers prediction Week 8

Following their convincing 24-10 win over the Washington Football team this past Sunday, it seemed like Green Bay had a legitimate shot to walk out of Thursday’s contest in Arizona with a win. Since then, however, the Packers have placed defensive coordinator Joe Barry, and wide receivers Davante Adams and Allen Lazard on the team’s Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Still, Green Bay will still be trotting the reigning MVP, Aaron Rodgers, out on the field this week, and they always have a chance to come away with a win whenever he’s in the lineup.

However, the Cardinals’ pass rush and their firepower on offense will prove to be too much for the Packers to handle. Expect Arizona to end Thursday night’s NFC showdown with an 8-0 record.

    Prediction: Cardinals win
