3 favorable matchups for the Cardinals in Week 13 vs. the Bears

Arizona’s passing attack vs. Chicago’s pass defense
The Bears currently have the sixth-best passing defense in football in terms of total yards. However, it’s one of those rankings that will mislead you if you look only at the team’s total passing defense. Opponents don’t throw on the Bears, and they, as of Week 13, have the second-fewest passing attempts against with just 341.
The Bears are 21st in the NFL in passing touchdowns allowed with 18. They’re also one of nine teams that have logged five or fewer interceptions. And at 101.3, the Bears have allowed the fifth-highest passer rating through the season’s first 12 weeks.
The Cardinals have one of the league’s best passing games with Kyler Murray lining up under center. And they also have an above-average passing game with Colt McCoy taking the reins.
Facing a bad passing defense like the Bears sets the stage for a Cardinals team who can jump out to a big lead early if they move the ball through the air.
