The Arizona Cardinals return home in Week 14 for a pivotal NFC West matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
At 10-2, a win and a season sweep against the Los Angeles Rams will all but guarantee the Arizona Cardinals punch their ticket into the playoffs. A win will also put them in a prime position to snag their first NFC West title since 2015. and just their sixth division championship since 1974.
However, the Rams boast a tough defense, especially up front with Von Miller and Aaron Donald. They also have one of the best receiving units in football, even after losing Robert Woods for the year. And of course, quarterback Matthew Stafford is playing in vintage form, throwing for 30 touchdown passes so far on the season.
But this doesn’t mean the Cardinals won’t make their date with the Rams a repeat of Week 4. Sure, the Rams have added Miller and receiver Odell Beckham since their last meeting. But despite the Rams’ strengths, the Cardinals have a counter-attack for each. Here are three favorable matchups.
