The front office of the Arizona Cardinals could look to the free-agent market to help them deal with the loss of DeAndre Hopkins.

The past week has been one that the Arizona Cardinals and their fans would love to forget. If a disappointing loss to the Los Angeles Rams wasn’t enough, add to it the fact that one of the team’s best players suffered a season-ending injury during the contest.

On Thursday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Cards’ wideout DeAndre Hopkins has a torn MCL in his knee that will require surgery. The 29-year old will miss the remainder of the regular season, but there’s a possibility that Hopkins could return sometime during the playoffs.

The loss of Hopkins is a dagger to the Arizona offense, and it’s too late in the year to find a pass-catcher who could even come close to the five-time Pro Bowler’s skill-set. There’s not much left on the market, but the following are four free agents who the Cardinals could kick the tires on in the hopes of getting some degree of reinforcement for the position in the coming weeks.
