3 favorable matchups for the Cardinals in Week 15 vs. the Lions

The Arizona Cardinals take on the Detroit Lions in a Week 15 matchup that could help determine their playoff seeding.
The Arizona Cardinals fell last week to the Los Angeles Rams, marking yet another home loss for a team that has struggled with consistency inside its own building. However, they face the Lions on the road this week, and so far, they’re perfect when playing away from State Farm Stadium.
On paper, the Cardinals have favorable matchups all over the field. The offense is far more explosive than what the Detroit Lions have, and the defense is a key reason why the Cardinals have sprinted out to a 10-3 record while the Lions have stumbled to 1-11-1.
The Cardinals also received some good news regarding James Conner and Chase Edmonds, two backs that have wound up on the injury report this week. And with both backs in action barring a setback, they too provide a tremendous matchup against an ailing Lions defense.
