Arizona Cardinals players that have the most to gain during Hopkins’ suspension
Rondale Moore is facing a critical year already in 2022
Many are predicting Moore to have a huge breakout season as he should see the field more now that Christian Kirk has moved on via free agency. With his rare skill set, Moore should be able to fit in and feel right at home in this offensive system.
Murray needs to get him the ball in space and allow Moore to do the rest. The great thing about having Moore is his ability to line up anywhere on the field.
He could also become a factor on special teams returning kickoffs and punts as well. Moore can also be used as a deep threat in the passing game.
Moore is versatile and agile and can be special with the ball in his hands. You can get him the ball behind the line of scrimmage, on short passes and long passes, and you can even line him up in the backfield.
Kingsbury’s offense was designed for a player like Moore, and with Murray being one of the more accurate QBs in the league, he has a chance to showcase his full array of talent.
Even though he didn’t play a lot of snaps last season, we see that Moore knows how to use his frame and athleticism as a competitive advantage, combined with his crisp cuts and footwork in the open field that allows him to be elusive.
Look for the Cardinals to try and establish Moore’s presence early in the season.
