The Arizona Cardinals must fix their woes on defense, but in this scenario, they turned to free agency to address the issues, opening the door for offense.

13 - Las Vegas Raiders: Jer’Zhan Newton, DL/Illinois

The Las Vegas Raiders are yet another quarterback-needy team, but it may be too early to roll with Bo Nix or JJ McCarthy who they can theoretically grab in Round 2. Therefore, the Raiders will address another position of need in the first, then likely swing around in the second to take a quarterback.

14 - New Orleans Saints: Rome Odunze, WR/Washington

Rome Odunze could easily go before 14th overall, but regardless, the New Orleans Saints will take the best receiver on the board here. Odunze adds yet another asset for quarterback Derek Carr to try and put a spark into the Saints offense that hasn’t been seen since the Drew Brees era.

15 - Indianapolis Colts: Kool-Aid McKinstry, CB/Alabama

The Indianapolis Colts need to roll with potential game-changers to put them back over the edge and into the playoffs after narrowly missing them in 2023. Kool-Aid McKinstry’s stock has slipped slightly throughout the season, but the Colts won’t make the mistake of going lightly on his game-changing potential.

16 - Seattle Seahawks: Jared Verse, EDGE/Florida State

We saw first-hand just how good the Seattle Seahawks can be on offense, but their defense is not the same. Therefore, expect them to address their front seven with their first few picks to add much-needed depth and star potential, starting with Jared Verse.
