Saturday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that the Arizona Cardinals are finalizing a trade to move on from their failed Marvin Harrison Jr. experiment in The Valley. The details of the trade remain to be seen, as far as Harrison's landing spot or what the Cardinals are receiving in exchange.

Harrison will be inactive for the Cardinals' Week 5 matchup against the Detroit Lions. He'll miss out on the opportunity to get his season on track against a flawed Lions defense. But in the long run, Harrison should benefit from this change of scenery.

The question now turns to which landing spots would be best for him to be more of a focal point of the offense.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are hurting for offensive weapons following the departure of star receiver Mike Evans. Chris Godwin Jr. unfortunately looks like a shell of his former self, as injuries have already caught up to him at just 30 years old.

They committed long-term to Baker Mayfield over the offseason and should continue to prioritize him by adding more weapons alongside rising star Emeka Egbuka.

2. Green Bay Packers

Harrison may no longer be the true WR1 he was expected to be when the Cardinals drafted him so highly. That doesn't mean he can't play a role in a Green Bay Packers offense where quarterback Jordan Love likes to spread the ball around.

With injuries to their receiving core, particularly Jayden Reed, Harrison and the Packers could be a good fit for each other.

1. Kansas City Chiefs

What better way to play better than catch passes from Patrick Mahomes?

The Kansas City Chiefs appear to be having a bounce-back 2026 season, but that shouldn't stop them from pursuing pass-catching upgrades. Tyreek Hill remains an option, but not necessarily someone the Chiefs can truly rely on given his age, injury history, and off-field issues. Harrison's early struggles to start his career may be the lesser of two evils in that regard.

And if Mahomes and the Chiefs can successfully turn his career around, they'd have a new weapon for the next decade.
