The Arizona Cardinals had a crucial draft in 2024. With two first-round picks and a roster full of holes, they had to come away with an impactful draft class.

The 2024 NFL Draft class is already looking like one of the best groups in recent memory. Players like Jayden Daniels and Brock Bowers have taken the league by storm.

For the Cardinals, it's been a mixed bag. Some players have been largely disappointing, while others have been pleasant surprises. One year after their selections, the Arizona Cardinals 2024 draft class has a wide range of grades.

Round 1, Pick 4: Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State WR

Marvin Harrison Jr. was one of the most highly-anticipated wide receiver prospects to enter the draft in the last decade. From the time that he stepped onto Ohio State's campus, he looked like a future NFL star.

When the Cardinals selected Harrison Jr. in the top five picks of the 2024 NFL Draft, it was quickly regarded as the right move. Arizona was without a top receiver, and Harrison Jr. was as close to a sure thing as any prospect.

In his rookie year, Harrison Jr. caught 62 passes for 885 yards and eight touchdowns. While he looked dominant at times, the Cardinals struggled to consistently work him into the offense.

While Marvin Harrison Jr. didn't light up the league like some expected in his first season, his rookie year was far from a failure. Impressive performances from other rookie pass catchers make his numbers look abysmal by comparison, but Harrison Jr. showed the ability to be a true No. 1 wide receiver moving forward.
