Heading into the spring, the Cardinals will continue to search for stability and depth along the offensive line, particularly at tackle, where size, power, and durability remain priorities. While there's many names of note earlier in the process, a prospect who made the most of his reps at the Senior Bowl deserves the necessary spotlight here.

A product of Texas A&M, Dametrious Crownover checked in at 6-foot-6, 331 pounds and immediately looked the part. He’s a big, broad-shouldered blocker with SEC experience and a physical demeanor that shows up in every phase of his game. Throughout practices in Mobile, Crownover was consistent in one-on-one periods showing the ability to anchor against power and absorb contact without losing balance, and his size alone presents problems. But, it’s how he uses it that separates him from typical mid to late-round projections.

In pass pro, Crownover showed strong coordination between his hands and feet. He does a good job staying square, keeping his base underneath him, and mixing up his sets so rushers can’t time his punch. That hand discipline stood out against NFL-caliber edge defenders in three days of work, particularly when he was forced to reset and re-anchor mid-rep. While he’s not a pure twitch athlete, his efficiency and patience allow him to win reps cleanly.

The run game is where Crownover’s value truly comes into focus.

He plays with mass and intent, rolling his hips through contact and generating displacement at the point of attack. Whether down-blocking or working laterally, he consistently creates movement and finishes through the whistle. For Arizona, that skill set could align well with a Cardinals offense that wants to stay balanced and physical up front rather than relying purely on finesse on each and every snap.

Crownover also benefits from over 1,000 pass pro snaps of SEC exposure, having faced high-end defensive fronts week after week at Texas A&M. That experience shows in his comfort level against speed-to-power, his understanding of leverage, and the ability to counter varying body types in isolation.

For Arizona, Crownover fits the profile of a value addition likely on Day 3 -- a player who can compete early for snaps, provide depth across the line, and potentially grow into a long-term starter. His Senior Bowl performance reinforced that he belongs in that conversation, and if the Cardinals are serious about reinforcing their tackle room with size and toughness, Crownover is a prospect worth circling.
