The latest talk on ESPN has been that a deal between the owners and the players will be agreed upon within a week, and ratified by July 21st, in order that the NFL can get the full regular season (and perhaps even the entire preseason) played. That will leave a VERY small window of opportunity for the Arizona Cardinals to decide on who they want to be their starting quarterback, and which free agents they want to pursue.
