player. 54. This is the last selection of my fun, this time it’s a small school prospect, and it’s a selection that some will be confused about. In which way, I will laugh in a very sarcastic laugh.

Kelechukwu, known by his middle name, Great, (I know, great name, pun intended), played with some really bad Eastern Michigan teams, and maybe was the only competitive drive for the front seven. His athletic abilities were overshadowed by so many over matched contests, especially against Florida above, where Florida demolished the Eagles.

He has some very great instincts, a wrap-up tackler who can excel in a 3-4 scheme, and someone with great body weight, to not get pushed around. He is listed at 6-0, 230 pounds, but more like 5-11, 236. That’s great.

The Cardinals are going to be in the market for a 3-4 inside linebacker, to get one, they will need to get back into the fifth round, as Great Ibe could be the last 3-4 inside linebacker. I don’t how slow guy a like Joe Schmidt is, so I skipped him.

Kevin Minter is officially out of the picture (after the trade to free up cap space), I don’t think the Cardinals will be forced to start Ibe, I think the versatility of Alani Fua makes Kevin Minter very expendable (sorry Kevin), and it doesn’t help that Kevin is problematic against the pass. Ibe will not be an immediate impact when he joins, but with some seasoning, why not? The guy is still ultra raw, with James Bettcher coaching him, he could be a steal at the end of the draft.
. ILB. Eastern Michigan. Kelechukwu Ibe. 156
