Kevin King is a versatile player who made a name for himself today

Like Ohio State, the University of Washington had a secondary loaded with NFL talent. Kevin King isn’t on everyone’s watch list like Sidney Jones and Budda Baker, but he has a chance to be fantastic player at the next level.

King is 6’3″ and 200 pounds, making him a huge cornerback. He has played safety, which could be where an NFL team plays him. He does have cornerback skills though. Even with the talent surrounding him in the Huskies secondary, King led the team in pass break-ups last season.

In his workout today, King wowed, with a 4.43 second 40 yard dash and a 39 1/2 inch vertical leap. He also had an amazing 6.56 second three-cone drill and 3.89 second short shuttle. He should be a day two pick, and a guy that the Cardinals take a look at.
