Blue Ranger: Billy Cranston
Cardinal: Patrick Peterson

The differences between Patrick Peterson and the Blue Ranger Billy Cranston are more obvious than anything. It is safe to say that Peterson was likely never bullied in school as Billy was. Both people showed why they should not be bullied, though.

As a rookie in the National Football League, people would throw the ball in Peterson’s direction. That changed quickly as he was soon the lockdown cornerback that many expected he would become. Billy Cranston hit a similar path. When he received the powers of the power rangers, the bullying stopped when the bully went to head-butt him and he hurt himself in the process.

Both are unquestionable leaders as they have experienced high and lows but have remained hopeful through it all. Peterson began his career with seasons that ended 5-11,8-8, and once again 5-11. Even through these down years, Peterson reminded fans that the team would soon be contenders.

In the same way, Billy suffered through internal conflict within the team. His teammates did not believe in a better tomorrow, but the blue ranger encouraged them to keep it together. His untimely, but temporary, death inspired his teammates to reach their max potentials.
