Cardinal: Karlos Dansby

Karlos Dansby is far from evil, but since this is a list of current Cardinals, someone had to fill the spot. Dansby fits this role of Rita for a single reason: he has left the desert to join an enemy twice.

The new Power Rangers movie shows that Rita was once a member of Zordon’s ranger team as the Green Ranger. She decided to turn on her team because she wanted more power and to show that she was stronger than Red Ranger Zordon. Dansby did not leave the Cardinals for power, but he did leave for more money (or is money truly power?).

In Dansby’s defense, he did not attempt to destroy his former team once he left. He even went to the other conference, meaning that his presence on a different team would likely not cost the Cardinals a Super Bowl birth.

Now Dansby has returned. Now “It’s Zona Time!”
