Rasul Douglas is the only pick that has stuck around since the original Mock Draft, at least for now. Douglas did not get a lot of playing time as a junior in 2015 as his eligibility was granted late by the NCAA after transferring from a JUCO. In his one season as a starter at cornerback for the Mountaineers, however, Douglas earned First Team All-Big XII honors.

The cornerback totaled 70 tackles, one forced fumble, 16 passes defensed, and a nation-leading 8 interceptions during his senior season. This pick, if a corner is chosen, could come down to Douglas and Sidney Jones barring he is still on the board when the Cardinals choose. I went with Douglas because of one advantage that the WVU alumni has over Jones: size.

Size is a valued commodity at cornerback in the NFL, and the Cardinals could choose a player that is similar in size to All-Pro Patrick Peterson. Weighing in at 209 pounds, and standing at 6’2″, Rasul Douglas has the size and length to contend with top receivers in the NFL.
