Arizona Cardinals: 6 best fantasy options
By Scott Allen
Larry Fitzgerald
As I’ve experienced a few times already, there are those that really still love Fitz but at the same time just don’t know what to expect out of him in 2017. Expect a lot of what you saw in 2016.
Fitz lead the NFL in receptions with 107 in 2016. He played a lot of the season hurt as well. It wasn’t just one injury that ailed him either.
Imagine what he can accomplish if he is 100 percent healthy? Yes, he just turned 34 years old. That should not be a deterrent. Fitz has said he will know when he can no longer produce and will just walk away from the game quietly at that point.
He will be especially wanted in points per reception leagues. The man is targeted, a lot. He still catches almost everything thrown his way.
Fitz also wants to win. A player that wants to win will get the ball. He had 10 touchdowns last season.
While guys like Antonio Brown and Jordy Nelson are younger, Fitz still has the ability to help you on most Sunday’s. Don’t sleep on him.
